If you need to cancel your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible, as we are unable to give refunds if costs have already been incurred.

In the unlikely event you're unhappy with your brownies, please let us know the reason immediately and we will process you a full refund, provided the reason given is legitimate. Please note we will not refund if you do not like the flavour. We do not accept returns.
